How does the service work?

Get a foreign delivery address
Immediately after registering for our service, you will receive your own foreign addresses (DE, PL, CZ) that you can use as delivery addresses for your parcels. Registration is free and takes only one minute.

Use the assigned address when shopping
At the seller or sender, enter one of the addresses you received during registration. The address contains your unique ID, which ensures reliable identification of your parcel.

We receive and register your parcel
Once the parcel arrives at the provided address, our courier will pick it up and transport it to the central warehouse in the Czech Republic. Here, we register the parcel in the system, and you will see it in your mailbox.

Choose the delivery method to your address
In your mailbox, you can select when and how you want the parcel to be shipped. If you're expecting multiple parcels, you can combine them into one shipment and save on postage.

What are the maximum dimensions of a parcel?
The maximum parcel length is 200 cm. The combination of length and girth must not exceed 300 cm. Calculated as 2x height + 2x width + 1x length.

What is the maximum weight of a parcel?
The maximum weight of a standard parcel is 30 kg.

What cannot be included in a parcel?
Parcels must not contain the following items:
- alcohol, tobacco, or excise goods
- narcotic and psychotropic substances
- unidentifiable chemical substances
- weapons, ammunition, explosives
- human or animal organs or other animal-derived substances
- money, securities, and valuable artworks

Up to what value are parcels insured?
Parcels are insured up to a value of 1,200 EUR.

How do you identify that a parcel is meant for me?
Each mailbox has a unique ID number. This ensures that the parcel reaches the correct recipient.

The shop refuses numbers in the address. What should I do?
If the shop does not accept numbers, write them in words. For example, “EM OneTwoThreeFour.”

Can I order from countries outside the EU?
Yes, but you need to ensure that all fees (customs, VAT) are paid in advance. We do not offer customs clearance services.

Can I send goods as cash on delivery?
No, cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted and will be returned to the sender.

The parcel is delivered, but I don’t see it in my mailbox. Why?
Parcels are moved to the central warehouse after delivery and only then registered. Parcels are usually assigned no later than the second working day.

How long does delivery to my address take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the destination country.

How can I consolidate multiple parcels?
After viewing the parcels in your mailbox, confirm their shipment. Consolidation will occur automatically.

Which carrier do you use for shipping parcels?
For EU transport, we use GLS.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
Send photos of the packaging and contents to info@shiptrio.com no later than 3 days after delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
