Get a foreign delivery address
Immediately after registering for our service, you will receive your own foreign addresses (DE, PL, CZ) that you can use as delivery addresses for your parcels. Registration is free and takes only one minute.

Use the assigned address when shopping
At the seller or sender, enter one of the addresses you received during registration. The address contains your unique ID, which ensures reliable identification of your parcel.

We receive and register your parcel
Once the parcel arrives at the provided address, our courier will pick it up and transport it to the central warehouse in the Czech Republic. Here, we register the parcel in the system, and you will see it in your mailbox.

Choose the delivery method to your address
In your mailbox, you can select when and how you want the parcel to be shipped. If you're expecting multiple parcels, you can combine them into one shipment and save on postage.

Polish delivery address
The delivery address is a real physical address, where our foreign colleagues receive parcels from carriers. It is not a virtual address, parcel box, or P.O. Box. We accept parcels on all working days, including Saturdays. From the Polish warehouse, parcels are transported to the central warehouse in the Czech Republic, where they are registered and securely stored.

The maximum parcel weight is 30 kg.
Maximum length is 200 cm.

What items are prohibited for shipping?
It is prohibited to forward parcels containing the following:
- alcohol, tobacco, or other excise goods
- narcotic and psychotropic substances
- unidentifiable chemical substances
- weapons, weapon components, ammunition, explosives
- animal-derived substances (human or animal organs, etc.)
- money, securities, high-value artworks
Can I have a parcel sent from the USA or China?
If you want a parcel sent from a country outside the EU, all customs fees must be paid in advance (or during transportation). We do not offer customs clearance services.
